Worst customer service – Hub Family Organizer Review

It’s amazing the lack of customer service this company has. This app requires a yearly subscription fee and I haven’t been able to use it since August. I have reached out to them time and time again and their customer service is terrible. They offered a ridiculous credit which I agreed to take only because I’m tired of dealing with then and still have not received it. I switched credit card companies and they can’t seem to figure it out. It’s been well over a week and they have yet to reply after stating I was going to report them to the better business bureau.
