Hub was great a couple years ago. It was able to sync calendars and keep our whole family updated. We don’t know what happened but it has turned into a disaster. We can not access it half the time, it loses our email addresses, and won’t sync anymore. $50 a year is too much for nothing.

I have contacted the company several times . I use this app to organize my business and book my dates . Well it started loosing dates a month ago and I would sign out and back in to see them . Now all my dates are gone . All my scheduled and booked jobs appointments And pictures of each job are GONE. No one will contact me back and I don’t know what to do . 40 booked jobs and all there info is GONE ?????

I am beyond disappointed. My husband and I have used this app for years to keep our lives organized. I just updated the app and everything from May on is gone. I see others have been having the same issue so I know it’s not just me. I can’t believe this has been going on for 4 months and they haven’t fixed this glitch. I will be canceling my subscription and trying out Cozi. Seems to be much more reliable.

I was a premium subscriber for over two years- pricey! but worth it, until it kicked me out, and all the members...they said it was an update fine but two years ago i had registered under a now defunct email. the only way to log in is that email. no solution. sent MANY. emails explaining and asking for a reset. FORM LETTER RESPONSE not even acknowledging my question. FIVE times i tried to contact so i could stay as a member! clearly they don’t care! mad because all my data is gone too and they don’t care and i was afraid i would miss an appt already scheduled the point of an online calendar is not to write it elsewhere. so unhelpful. so no more hub! buyer beware if you get kicked out you’ll never get back in!!!

I used to love hub and signed up for a full year at the gold level. Then they did an update that completely changed the interface and has botched the calendar function. I can see from the main page of the app that I added events to the calendar, but when I tap to view the calendar, the events aren’t there. And, like the true sign of a garbage app made by garbage people, there’s no option to contact support from within the app. Don’t be like me. Don’t download this app. Now I’m out the remainder of the year I paid for on this unusable app.

What Hub?
I finally gave up on this app after 2 years. Too many issues; very unstable, family members could not see my calendar entries or receive notifications. Support Team was not helpful. I am now using the CURAGO app. ?????

Nice easy app but calendar sporadically works. I’ll put something on it then it won’t show up. Continuously logs me out.
Was good before the ‘upgrade’ but it is an absolute fail now

If you need a calendar that displays your appointments reliably this is not the app for you. It seems like every time I need the information I put in my calendar is blank and devoid of all meaningful information. This is the app for you if you wish to enter data and then fight with your husband about him not using the app. So if you are looking to divorce your spouse this is for you. This is definitely the app for you if you want to piss off your ex about missing scheduled events. If you want to miss critical doctor appointments this is the app for you. I even gave feedback through the app and it was better for a week and now we are back to nothing. This is supposed to help me organize my life not anger my family.
