Interface change killed the app

The interface change entirely killed what used to be a good app. I can’t even load it anymore because it crashes the minute it opens every. single. time. Latest update didn’t fix issue. After last update I sent a message to app support... crickets... and I paid for the premium gold version!

My family and I have used Hub for several years...the paid version. We loved it. After an update a few months ago, it became completely useless. I reached out to “customer service” and didn’t even receive a reply. So, goodbye Hub. If you are considering this app, try it. But do not pay for it.

After using it for a few years, the updated version does not work. I have deleted and added the app. The calendar blacks out and kicks me out of the app. Nothing happens. Will be calling visa for a refund dispute if I don’t hear back from support.

This app used to be my go to calendar for everything. Not sure what happened - it freezes, it doesn’t save the information I enter on the calendar - it frustratingly useless. And to think I PAY for this garbage. I will not renew when the time comes. Horribly unreliable. Sad that it started out so excellent and they messed it all up.

Unable to use..App crashes

I have been unable to use this app since it was updated. It crashes within 2-3 seconds every time. Very frustrating, since before it was working fine. Used it for work groups but now going to have to look for an alternative.

Still crashing- Don’t buy

I wrote a couple months ago how Version 2.1.1 was terrible and crashes immediately. Two weeks ago, app version was updated. Unfortunately, it still crashes about 20 seconds after opening. I have paid version and can’t believe developer continues to release poor product when they should revert to Version 2.0. Apple is complicit for allowing unstable app in the AppStore.

I’ve used it for a number of years, and it worked just fine. Several months ago, they did an “upgrade” which trashed the software. Appointments drop out, don’t display in the calendar, and don’t synch with other users. I emailed the company with my dissatisfaction, and the response I got was “sorry Ed, just is humans here”......What?
