Alright now HSN with all these broken promises. We promise to bring Touch ID back in the near future. Well I deleted this crap and uses safari since my passwords is saved and uses Face ID to sign me in, instead of an app taking up useless space, where I have to constantly sign in. In your space is QVC and guess what? They even use Face ID. A darn shame, QVC is out doing they competition in the App game.
Pros: User friendly - Cons: Missing “Share/send item link” feature

Pros: user friendly, good search/sort tool, easy to navigate, pages load quickly even with poor internet connection, simple ordering, great fingerprint log in option, easy order tracking. Cons: Lacks simple “share button”. You literally have to take a a screenshot of the item, write the item number on something,minimize the app, and send the screenshot photo in a text message...plus type in the item number. (HSN, your competitor already offers this feature )

Really?!?!? I have to enter EVERYTHING at least on Android it remembers your email. The QVC app remembers your info for easy access. You know having the worlds most advanced iPhone with a crap HSN app is just complete crap. BTW the QVC app seems to work well, guess I’ll start shopping there.

I stopped shopping by the app now since the update. Too messy and other shopping apps are more attractive and easier to use. The app makes me feel scattered like I’m looking thru sale racks. Can’t browse thru inventory as easily. Didn’t think window shopping would be so difficult.

The HSN app was very easy to navigate to the shopping category you are interested in. I have purchased items from HSN for a few years now. Sometimes I find the prices somewhat higher, but most times there in-line with most other retailers. The easy pay method is like layaway except you receive your item(s) upfront.

Mostly very easy to use. Wish I didn't have to go back and forth to get multiple colors of same item.

"Put the phone down!" is what my friends say when they know another HSN purchase is about to be made with a few taps on the screen. Love HSN and this app makes my home goods addiction easy to satisfy. Easy to track orders and flex pay.
