This is so awesome I love my sproket but some pictures would print more than I wanted them to sometimes. mostly it was good but a picture printed four time when I only tried to print it once it was weird. But most of the time it did what I told it to which maid me happy.

App not compatible on my Apple iPhone

I absolutely love my new sprocket! I’ve used it for xmas snapshot gifts to family and today for printing my daughter’s 1st grade photos for her scrapbook I’m keeping K-12. It is easy to use and it’s fun to design frames. It’s fast too. The photos are on the small side but the quality is good for a new technology like this. People really liked their photos. The sprocket puts smiles on faces.

I just got my sprocket in the mail today , charged it and tried to connect my phone to it. It keeps saying there's no sprocket around me but it is on & will connect through my bluetooth but not the app.

i have been constantly trying to connect to my printer but every time that i’m about to, it completely crashes. i’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the apps multiple times but the problem keeps occurring. please help
