Garbage product and app – HP Sprocket Review

No matter how many times I connect my device via Bluetooth, it will not connect through the sprocket app. I’ve tried restarting both my phone and the sprocket and uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. The device will not connect or be recognized through the app.
