It worked for awhile but now I cannot get it to go beyond select photos and I cannot get anyone to help me. Poor customer service

I love it! My husband gave it to me as a Christmas present. I am not very savvy with technology, but I actually installed & started printing Christmas pics! It was so easy to install & pictures are such good quality! I think I’m going to have a lot of fun with this! ?

I used this app only once. I went to print another picture and it didn’t print my picture so I tried again and nothing. I unplugged my printer and it didn’t work still so I removed the app and forgot device in Bluetooth and it still did not work! I did everything in the book for this stupid app but it’s not even letting me connect to my printer. I spent to much money in this just for it to not work!

I received this as a birthday gift and I absolutely love it. The photos are high quality and it’s actually a lot of fun to go through the process. Highly recommend!

Best gift I could receive for Christmas! I have used HP photo printers for years. The last couple of years I realized all my pictures have been taken with my phone and not my camera. So I didn’t have a lot of pics of my youngest Grandchild. Now I am able to print all the Grandkids pictures to add to my photo albums and directly from my phone!! Easy and convenient to use!!

I purchased my Sprocket Studio a couple weeks ago for my up and coming Art studio business ,just used it for the first time I to say the set up was easy and printing was a snap as well, I love the quality of my prints they look amazing , I would recommend it to friends and family hands down .
