Please bring back reveal feature!

Dear developer, Please restore the reveal feature to the sprocket printer, it was the single greatest reason my wife and I bought the device for our international trip. The printer by itself is a decent device but being able to print a photo that could “come to life” while holding the picture in your hand was brilliant. When the feature was removed it was under the reason of responding to customer feedback and to bring in newer features but nothing new or noteworthy has been done to replace or enhance the experience using the sprocket printer. So please bring the reveal feature back. Thank you for considering your customers real requests!

After the recent update, every time I launch the app I have to go through the 1st time update again, and it still doesn’t recognize my sprocket 200. The app was fine for over a year before this, why did they try to fix what wasn’t broken?

This does not hold a charge long Also charging the battery And for some reason lately it wont pair to my phone And it prints in duplicate

I loved this printer at first but the updates have made it extremely glitchy works correctly about half the time…but I love the size of these photos!!!!
Keeps printing twice

I really want to keep using my sprocket after so long but the constant double printing is wasting so much money.
My sprocket is now useless! Unless this gets fixed!

The original apps worked ok before, not great but they worked…. Now with the new updates my sprocket won’t even work! I can see my sprocket 200 on my phones Bluetooth list of things I can connect to. But when I go into the app it searches for it and won’t pull it up to connect! And even when it does connect, ( which is very rare!) the next time you go into the app it acts like it’s the first time it’s connected. Please fix this!!!

After the update a week ago, I cannot get the app to recognize the printer. My Bluetooth picks it up but the app stinks!!! Fix it!!!!! My Canon never does this!!!!

So pretty much after last update you can just trash out your printer because phones can’t see it anymore!!!
