So sorry to have to write such a negative review but I’ve made multiple attempts at contacting Hours Keeper for help. Since updating about one month ago, I have lost over five years of personal business information, including three weeks of September’s billable hours, and thousands of dollars of unpaid invoices that are going to probate. During the years of my business, I have referred countless others to the app because it was so easy to use and reliable. Now I feel I owe the potential customers the warning- if there was a zero star option it would have been my choice.

This app was great until the last updates. Now a login is required, but the email link fails. I lost three years of business data. I don’t trust the folks that produce this app and you shouldn’t either. Their attempt to coerce users into sharing personal information and upgrade into subscriptions has led to information loss by their customers. Bad business practices.

Wish you would move Add Client away from Clock In, in the lower right. On too many occasions, I think I’ve clocked in when it turns out I’ve hit Add Client.
