Used it for years, it’s fine but the more they change the worse it gets. In the latest update I can no longer mark things paid. When I clock in, it goes to dashboard, then I clock out and if I want to make it paid/change something. I have to go thru my giant client list to get there. Why? Just put me on the client page I’m clocked into when I clock in. Newer versions are less intuitive. To save an invoice now you have to hit a random check mark in the corner rather then a button that says “save” Stupid

Need Help with deleting old clients

I have used this app successfully for about 4 years, and It is invaluable. BUT I need help with how to delete old clients, I hate all of the untidiness with seeing old client info. It does not appear there is a way to do it.... and no customer support readily available.

I’ve been using the app for 2-3 years now to keep track of my own clock in’s and out. This is the 2nd time I have problems with this app. First time I had to delete the app and re-download however my username and password for some reason was not able to recognize and not even resetting both worked. So I had no choice to create new acct and start fresh losing all my data entries. So basically now writing a review to warn others the possibility of losing info. I honestly love this app and so easy to manage just don’t like how it stops working out of nowhere and you can’t even access the app because it automatically closes itself.
