No longer works LOST EVERYTHING

I used this app for a few years and have all my records on it. Big mistake. I LOST EVERYTHING. Does not recognize my user & password. Have not received any emails that the app said it sent to be able to login. Contacted customer service from the developer Website, because in the app the is no way to contact or ask for help. Still waiting to hear from them. Run away if you need something reliable and keep your information safe.

This app just gets more and more complicated. Why are apps requiring constant updating? Most of the time things only get worse. Trying to figure out how to save an invoice and change clients but only see a ‘cancel’ option, which wipes everything out. PLEASE go back to the intuitive way of working this thing!

The last update made it much trickier to see who was logged in and to add notes immediately upon logging out so clients can see what the time was used for. I used to love this app but it’s no longer working well for me.

Can’t get into my account until I verify an email that is never sent to me? A pretty basic function to screw up and no, it’s not in my spam folder. Until we figure this out all my hours records are gone. And I have used this app for years.

I’ve used this app for over 4 years. I have the paid premium version. I just did the app update and lost my data/hours log and invoices for 6 + clients from a 2 year period. Unbelievable.

I have been using this app for years and my last update erased everything! Including my hours for a very large job i am currently working on. Not safe reliable or professional anymore!

What the heck happened to this app?

I’ve used the free version for several years without any problems and never had to log in. All of a sudden I have to log in, click on a link in my email to confirm. I do this and it happens all over again. I have not been able to submit my consulting invoices in on time. Now I tried it again only to fine all my data from the last 3 years is gone. When I click on the option to restore it, I can’t because it won’t accept my password which is the same one I used to access it in the first place. This is a ridiculous waste of my time. I think it’s time for a new APP.

5 stars except there is no customer service... Easy to use.. Love it! I had some issues but have been unable to get ANY response from them and there is NO phone number. I lost 5 months of data and cannot get them to tell me what happened, or if I can get it back! my advice: print EVERYTHING out. or try a different app where someone will at least answer you when things go wrong!
