Can’t Upload Multiple Photos to IG

The app is fine, nothing particularly special but fine. Except for it you’re using it for Instagram. It’s basically useless, imo. You can’t upload multiple photos in one post, even though that’s been a feature in Instagram for ages.

I signed up for the 30-day free trial & tried to opt out the DAY BEFORE IT EXPIRED & they charged me anyway. They refuse to give me a refund. If you’re unsure, DON’T get suckered for the free trial!

Beyond the issues with the platform, they illegally charge state, county, and other taxes, when In located in a tax free state. $70 in false taxes. Crooked company, try Buffer, and save the hidden fees!
App crashing

Unsure what’s going on app keeps crashing. Updated it thinking that would fix it and it’s still crashing. Consider adding a feature to edit more than one post at a time. For example.. I was able to set the same post to post to IG Facebook and Twitter, but in editing that one post, I had to go in individually to each scheduled listing. Also too many restrictions when posting to IG. So annoying.

I have always enjoyed this app for how it gets my digital life organized and sorted out. Lately it freezes and crashes so often when I am scheduling tweets. I end up loosing everything. Can there be an option of auto saving drafts? I don’t know if someone else is experiencing this same issue.
App crashes any time you try to open another app

App crashes any time you try to open another app, so you lose all your work making a post... Unfortunate flaw that makes the app almost unusable when I need to constantly flip between apps when writing Hootsuite posts.
Would not recommend. You can’t delete your account and will continue to be charged.

Awful. There is no customer service number. I deleted my account two months ago (according to a how to delete account I found online) and I’m still being charged. I never used the app and after the free trial I tried to delete it and it wouldn’t let me, said my account was passed due. Now two months later (of no use) I am still being charged $50. All I want to do is delete this app and stop paying for it. I would not recommend this to anyone. Tailwind is a much better alternative.

It didn’t work more often than it worked. Got overcharged $250 at one point. They definitely reversed the charge and didn’t fight me on it, which I appreciated. But it was a glitch that caused the overpayment to begin with, and it took three days to get a hold of them. This service did NOT save time. When I finally got it all dialed in, the feed between Instagram stopped working and by that point in time I was over it. I would say, keep shopping — because if this app is meant to save you time, it won’t.
