This used to make my life so much easier as a social media manager. Now, when I schedule posts they don’t push through but show they’ve been “published.” That causes me to have to go back in & recreate the post manually, wasting time. I waited to leave a poor review and reached out for support over a month ago on this issue. I never got contacted by anyone. I reached out again 9/30, still nothing. ZERO SUPPORT. Deleting the app. I found another one to use that works as it says.

I had a paid subscription that was discounted for a trial, i cancelled it well before it renewed but they still charged me the renewal over a month later. Horrible app

What the what seriously the app is not working on ios13. I have nothing good to say about it. My feeds are gone and I cannot get them to load. The interface has changed and it’s not intuitive at all!!! I’m not tech challenged and this is just horrible fix the bugs like yesterday!!!

I tried a free trial version and cancelled my free trial within one week of use. Hootsuite's platform was not as user friendly and had a few glitches. The worst part about Hootsuite was although I had cancelled my free trial, I was still charged the yearly rate. I spent days trying to get customer service on the phone and to respond to my emails with only ONE response that was far from helpful. They have NO record of me being charged, though my bank statement says otherwise. Scam? Customer Service is ATROCIOUS. I will never use this platform again. I am still waiting for Customer Service to respond to my refund request......

I have use this app for a couple of years and just renewed for a year may have been a mistake. Posting from my mobile has become a nightmare. I create the post 4 or 5 times and get a blank white screen just before posting loosing the post completely. It happens every time now!!!! So frustrating.

Scheduled posts work SOMETIMES if I can get past the actual scheduling page. Every time I try to schedule a post after fixing my images aspect ratio, the app freezes. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it still isn’t working.

Like other reviews mentioned, cannot post as it hangs up on compose step. Need to fix as app is unusable as is

The ability to post to multiple social media pages is absolutely amazing and I love that they have a truly free unpaid plan. That being said, improvements I would like to see: 1. The ability to post hashtags. The purpose of Auto posting and forget it, is kinda defeated if I have to go into the app to post the hashtags. 2. Make posting videos easier and give a better explanation of why the video can’t post. Ideally be able To edit to the ideal format within HS. It’s a hassle trying to edit and convert videos when I don’t know what I’m suppose to be editing the too. I don’t know what a 4:2 format is. 3. When posting across fb and IG, post the same caption. The caption I type up for IG never shows up on my FB page, so it’s just a picture that’s posted. I have to go in and paste the caption, which again, defeats the purpose.
