I’m a Realtor and I’ve been using HomeSnap for several years. No other app does everything I need (including Zillow Premier Agent). I use it in the field every time I step out of my car. I now have no need to print off sheets from the MLS for showings. My buyer clients are impressed I have all the info about the homes we see in the palm of my hand, without wasting paper. Some still pull up Zillow, of course, but I make it a point to share all the info from Homesnap that isn’t in Zillow. They are usually surprised I have info they don’t, as the general public tends to think they have access to everything nowadays. This is my first step to getting them off Zillow and onto Homesnap. After the showing, I text them a link to my Homesnap and invite them to switch to the “professionals’ app”, at no charge. Most of them do, thank goodness. I also subscribe to Homesnap Pro and market most of my listings through Homesnap ads. I like that when the listing goes under contract or when it sells (my choice), I can contact support and they will stop the ad so no more of my money is spent on advertising the listing, though I can always turn the ad back on if need be. And I can write off the amount of my Pro membership on my taxes, so between that and all the features, it wouldn’t make sense for me NOT to subscribe. I hope my review convinces some of my fellow agents to look into Homesnap and possibly subscribe to Pro. It will not only make you a more effective agent, it will help the rest of us agents when we have the opportunity to work with you. ?

Complete waste of money. The customer service is nonexistent. 2 years of wasted time and money with absolutely no benefit. Don’t bother!!

so far so good. I have canceled Showing Time and really appreciate this free service. The only feedback I can give is that agents who are not savvy online need to contact the Homesnap Customer service line and sometimes it states that agents are not available. Other than that very happy❤️❤️

Love this app! Probably one of my most useful tools on the go. It also has really useful tools for prospecting on the go as well! Highly recommend for agents and clients.
Homes disappear for availability when other sites show them

A couple months ago, the region where I live doesn't show but one or two houses available with everything unfiltered. Other sites like Realtor and Realtracs show availability. So, I know there are homes and land for sale. This bug isn't being fixed. What's going on?
It’s a decent tool

As far as a real estate app goes this app has been the most consistent and reliable. It provides what is needed when on the go.The CMA is an awesome tool. However it is pretty costly to fully subscribe. Wish you could see who views you for free.
Constant software update message

My software is the latest version but I keep getting reminders to update. Deleted and reinstalled. Same results on phone and tablet. Pls fix.
