Cannot change my email

I tried to change my email because it was registered with my husband’s (which I never did). Changing email was never successful.
Great APP but now crashes

It’s a wonderful and very useful app if you are searching for a home. But since the IOS 14 update it won’t open. It crashes instantly on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Please fix.

I finally was able to connect with an agent at homesnap and she was able to fix my account in five minutes. She was amazing. So thanks to Jackie I have updated my review from one star to five stars for the excellent job that she did for me.
App Crashes Upon Opening

After the new update, the app crashes everytime you try to open it. Before then, it was great and very user friendly. I’d just like to be able to use the app.

This app has been very helpful, but the one feature I would really like to see is a way to delete a home from your list once you have ruled it out. That would make it so much easier and less time consuming to spot new listings and remember which ones are still under consideration.
Need listing agent contact info

There is no contact info for listing agents and the lot size is in acres, not square feet. When a client asks for lot size they want SF. So, I find myself having to log into our mls from a browser on my phone which eliminates ever using this app. Can you please add listing agent contact info and switch lot size to SF? Thanks!
