Not showing all homes for sale

I’ve tried limiting my search with filters, and I’ve tried by removing all filters, but either way the app and website only show a handful of houses for sale, when I know for certain there are dozens in the area I’m looking in. Not sure what’s going on.

Homesnap makes it so easy to work with my real estate agent to find the right home. They have calculators for estimating my home value, time it’ll take to sell, and even the likelihood to list for properties I was interested in!

As a buyer, I love how user friendly this app is compared to others and the navigation is seamless. The photo option is a great added bonus that I haven’t seen in other apps!

I used to really love this app and have been using it for several years, but the most recent update is NOT showing me properties the way that it used to when I searched by property address or MLS #. The properties used to pop right up without hesitation, but now I have to finagle with the filter to try to get the property I’m looking for to show up. I’ve had to resort to downloading other real estate apps because I can’t work like this. FIX. THIS. PLEASE!
You ruined your app

This last update has ruined the app, it’s slow, won’t show prices unless you zoom way in. It used to be awesome but it is now way too slow and doesn’t function correctly enough to be useful

Potentially a Good Tool for House Hunting

This app seems to have the most up to date postings when comparing to other apps. The only thing is the app and website seem to be buggy and crashes frequently. Also, I noticed that a few features that are nice to have aren’t always accurate. For an example, the commute time when looking at a post is almost always incorrect. 5 minutes can sometimes make or break a house selection. One other tip I would recommend is showing houses within the last 3 days instead of just the postings for today and the week. This will help filter out postings especially in today’s market where houses are contingent within 48 hours of posting.
