Simply the best – Homesnap Rental & House Finder Review

I’m a Realtor and I’ve been using HomeSnap for several years. No other app does everything I need (including Zillow Premier Agent). I use it in the field every time I step out of my car. I now have no need to print off sheets from the MLS for showings. My buyer clients are impressed I have all the info about the homes we see in the palm of my hand, without wasting paper. Some still pull up Zillow, of course, but I make it a point to share all the info from Homesnap that isn’t in Zillow. They are usually surprised I have info they don’t, as the general public tends to think they have access to everything nowadays. This is my first step to getting them off Zillow and onto Homesnap. After the showing, I text them a link to my Homesnap and invite them to switch to the “professionals’ app”, at no charge. Most of them do, thank goodness. I also subscribe to Homesnap Pro and market most of my listings through Homesnap ads. I like that when the listing goes under contract or when it sells (my choice), I can contact support and they will stop the ad so no more of my money is spent on advertising the listing, though I can always turn the ad back on if need be. And I can write off the amount of my Pro membership on my taxes, so between that and all the features, it wouldn’t make sense for me NOT to subscribe. I hope my review convinces some of my fellow agents to look into Homesnap and possibly subscribe to Pro. It will not only make you a more effective agent, it will help the rest of us agents when we have the opportunity to work with you. ?
