Good info but terrible search map

Trevor "Homework" McKee

Half of the main map to search on is taken up by a prompt to pinch the screen to search. Very poor design and incredibly annoying.

Missing the biggest feature

AgentSteph

Some great features here, but the lack of email listing alerts means that customers have no need to come back. I think the team that figures out listing alerts via SMS will ultimately win.

Love this App

Great Source for all my business needs. Up to date info on listings.

Frustrating!!!!

The app and website are not user friendly or designed for the everyday person.Extremely frustrating to try to navigate listings that are available for sale. I ended up deleting the app altogether due to the difficulty of trying to preview my searches based on criteria

Lot lines

Developer Got rid of the lot lines; best feature and worst idea to rid the app of them. . Won’t be using this app going forward. Zillow it is.

Use the website

The website is great. I have heard so many people say this is the most accurate real estate app over competitors. My issue is that I can’t see homes until I zoom in to a piece of a neighborhood on the app and then I see a bunch of off-market listings when I have my filter set to see homes that are actively for sale.

ACTIVE UNDER CONTRACT IS NON-SENSE

gswillian

It looks like the developer is either ignorant or can’t read.. tons of comments about this: if you uncheck all filters and leave “FOR SALE” only... IT WILL SHOW ALL LISTINGS MARKED AS “ACTIVE UNDER CONTRACT” You need to allow us to filter the ACTIVE UNDER CONTRACT (which is the dumbest idea anyway) WHATS THE POINT ON ACTIVE UNDER CONTRACT IF YOU CALL THE REALTOR AND THEY ALWAYS SAY “ITS UNDER CONTRACT” ??
