This last update completely ruined the camera system! There is no way to connect to the camera unless I’m already in my home (connected to the same WiFi as the camera). I never had this problem before, so it must be a result of the latest update. Also, Panasonic tech support was of no help; the guy didn’t even know how to use an iPhone! This really needs to be fixed in the next firmware update, or else my house is completely unprotected! Received an email today July 6, 2019 stating that they were aware of the problem and it has been fixed. Too late when you have a security camera and you can’t check the security when she think that’s a big problem. Anyway, the next time you update an app I suggest you check it out first before you ruin somebody system. I returned all of my five units to Costco and bought the EZVIZ units which work great.

Bought it at Costco, installed it, was able to use it a few time , then in last few months unable to connect to it from my cell phone. I thought it was my internet so payed a lot of money to upgrade to better wireless internet, but this device still unable to connect. My cell phone doesn’t connect to it even when I’m home right next to it. I’m going to see if I can return it to Costco. I’m very disappointed.

Waste of money do not buy this product, unless you need something to jam under a door to keep it open.

Can’t connect out side get your excuses only network not strong my phone weak signal HD camera on phone etc I have now stronger new phone and the same thing I don’t use it be cause it’s frustrating on my vacation I was only successful once with wifi it’s not my network not my phone it’s your problem and with last update got even worse I can’t bearably open at home !

I should have known this would be a waste of money when trying to set this up with my network took over 5 attempts. I literally had to stand next to my router just to get a connection. I have the fastest internet speed available and yet I keep getting error saying my network is not strong enough. I even went out and bought a WiFi Extender and placed it right next to the HD Camera and it still gives me error. Now I am unable to even access the camera when I leave my house.. I’ve reset the stupid about 20 times, re-installed, master reset and STILL keep getting the same error stating I have a weak signal.

The App is easy to use and easy to add additional cameras. Notifications happening properly; however, the notification needs to be improved to include the user defined camera name from within the HomeHawk App Device profile so the user knows which camera to check.
