Worked fine for few months.. now only liveview working.. and app hangs or crashes when i try to view past videos.. even with lowest cam resolution.. will b returning it.

Worked for a week or so, than the remote access was not possible anymore but the cameras send sensor info via message I try to get onto the camera remotely since more than a month without success I’ll not be at the camera side for another 2 month Extremely dissatisfied!

My camera won’t connect outside of my house. I’ve rebooted everything- camera- my phone. Please send out a new update to fix this issue, I need the camera.

I had almost 8 months the camera and never had possibly to watch what it’s happening around the home in time when I’m not. Only when I’m on same wifi I can watch live. The Panasonic team are a garbage.......

I have the same exact as the person before me. When I added the update it screwed up everything. The only way I can access my camera now is if I’m on the same WiFi network as my camera’s. Cannot view on cellular network.

Last update cut the connection without Same Wi-Fi. My phone doesn’t connect to the camera if I am outside not on the same network with camera. It looks like a toy.

Can’t connect to camera when away from home! I had no trouble with this before now. What happened?

Since the last update I haven’t been able to l view my camera outside of home (which defeats the purpose of having these cameras) I receive a connectivity error stating that my signal is too weak when nothing has change. Not sure if this is necessary but I receive error (E5-04).

Just like everyone else; as soon as I updated the app it killed my remote connection. I can only access when I’m on the same network, which is useless to me. Fix this issue!!
