Can’t connect since latest update!!! – HomeHawk Review

This last update completely ruined the camera system! There is no way to connect to the camera unless I’m already in my home (connected to the same WiFi as the camera). I never had this problem before, so it must be a result of the latest update. Also, Panasonic tech support was of no help; the guy didn’t even know how to use an iPhone! This really needs to be fixed in the next firmware update, or else my house is completely unprotected! Received an email today July 6, 2019 stating that they were aware of the problem and it has been fixed. Too late when you have a security camera and you can’t check the security when she think that’s a big problem. Anyway, the next time you update an app I suggest you check it out first before you ruin somebody system. I returned all of my five units to Costco and bought the EZVIZ units which work great.
