App update broke camera setup

dgendel

The update of the app 4 weeks ago completely broke my camera. I can never get it to connect or even setup from a factory reset anymore. Completely useless now. Android app works still but not iOS. I wish they would fix this

Doesn’t work

Ever since the new update I can almost never view the camera from the app. Defeats the point of having a camera if you can never view it.

Bad security cams

Shuniemmmm

I had used so many security cams, but Panasonic is the bad one. Their app is laggy so does their cameras.

DO NOT GET THIS

Kelbel759

Our camera barely ever connects when we are away from home.... if it does finally connect or we have alerts we have to click about 3 different things and wait for it to connect to get to the screen finally. WASTE OF MONEY. If you want to contact the company on their website there is no contact information AT ALL!!!!

No more remote view

chipsareus

Update killed the remote access.customer support is horrible. Was talking to a guy for 40 minutes and he was googling how the camera works. How can someone who doesn’t even know how camera works be providing customer support? Very shameful. I like the video but without remote viewing this camera is useless to me. Going to return. Unless in next 48 hours I see some kind of update to fix this remote viewing.

App is really bad!

I bought KX-HM1003 indoor camera from Costco. The hardware is really good but the app is killing this beautiful product. Too many clicks are needed to stream the camera. It takes to much time to load the stream video. The stream gets disconnected after a certain time (a minute or so) and there is no setting to disable or bump the disable time. I bought TP-Link camera (KC200) and set it side by side with Panasonic camera. Like I said I really like the look of Panasonic camera but TP-Link camera with its app (Kasa) outperforms Panasonic. Panasonic camera goes back to Costco.

Can not change time. Keeps saying network changed

bmninada

This while setup is very childish. Looks and feel wise. Not sleek. Many problems. My time captured in videos are wrong. User guide says to settings access point but time adjustments grayed out. Tap on mobile name option isn’t even there! Middle of usage boots me out. Saying network has changed. Many potential features missing. Like scheduling a mode. Not a good app. Needs serious improvement on looks and feel and especially stability.

Complete Garbage

Don’t waste your time. It rarely works.

Totally undependable

Sometimes the app connects to the camera, but mostly it doesn’t. The inconsistency of connection makes the camera and app pretty much useless.

Camera is good bad App

The camera video is very good but what good is it if the APP does not connect to celular network because it’s then when you need to monitor not when you are at home.
