App ok...but

I like the app for booking trips. But I have a trip booked now and according to the app I have no trips booked. And no way to contact HomeAway for help with the app. Frustrating!!!

This app is a great app to use it's very convenient it's saves all of your old searches that you looked at and as well as the dates, a must have app for travelers!

I've used this app twice now. Seems to work great. I wish the locations were not as spread out when you do the search but it's easy enough to check the locations of the suggested places to stay.

I have a large family and we love to stay in houses verses hotels when we travel. This site makes it super easy to find a place. You get almost all of the information you would get in a hotel search including pictures, price and availability. They also make it super easy to contact the owner with questions.

I really enjoy using this app and looking for new places to stay. Would also give it a 5 star if the prices were as listed. But the places we've rented from vrbo have been very nice.

I had somebody stay at my property for a long stay . They paid with a credit card then did a charge back 3 months later . Homeaway's credit card company pulled all the money back out my account and was very rude and even fined me ! They refused to help and HomeAway says they have no protection for owners !!!! Don't use their credit card system as you can get ripped off. HomeAway needs to have some insurance / security for home owners so This can not happen . They are pushing to use the credit card system but owners can get burnt ! I even had emails and they guys passport copy and they said nothing they could do and hung up on me !
