Be very careful as an owner – HomeAway Vacation Rentals Review

I had somebody stay at my property for a long stay . They paid with a credit card then did a charge back 3 months later . Homeaway's credit card company pulled all the money back out my account and was very rude and even fined me ! They refused to help and HomeAway says they have no protection for owners !!!! Don't use their credit card system as you can get ripped off. HomeAway needs to have some insurance / security for home owners so This can not happen . They are pushing to use the credit card system but owners can get burnt ! I even had emails and they guys passport copy and they said nothing they could do and hung up on me !
