You know I stay at Doubletree Southcenter often. Your hotel is the only Hilton HHonors hotel I will stay in in the Seattle area. Your hotel is very comfortable and I also appreciate your exceptional staff. I think I found it in about 2003 and since then I have recommended you to many friends. Employees have changed with this 2 year mess you and all of us have been faced with. But I am happy to see some of my favorite DoubleTree friends still with you. Paula has been very helpful to me this year making several reservations and also upgrading with my Gold status. I really appreciate the ease I have encountered with all of your front desk employees. I have known Steve Messer for many years. When I stayed With you December 11th, and there was no shuttle available when I arrived… Steve came to the airport in another van… picking me up along with 4 more of your reserved guests. Steve did an excellent job driving through the rain and traffic on that night! Steve will even help on the phone if I have special needs, & for other friends. Please commend Steve! I have also been friends with Luba, and was so happy to see her come back late this fall. Luba is an excellent hostess in your bar/restaurant, she is a very valued employee! High commendations for Luba! Thank you for this opportunity to give you some of my thoughts. I know things are still difficult now with all hotels and restaurants, your staff is willing to help and I’m sure all of your guests. We could not figure out how to pay with points and money. We would like to have done that but couldn’t figure out how.
App not returning rates
Help911!!??
I don’t know what has happened but in the last few weeks my app is consistently not returning rates, very frustrating. I have used the app for 5+ years and never had this problem before

I am having the same issue as Levi55out is. I have the same phone and operating system. Error when loading stays, can not display rates, ect. Have to use my computer or IPad to book hotels. When on the fly I just book Marriot instead. Hilton is loosing a lot of business from me at this point. I am in a different city every week. I also book for my 2 other coworkers. So 3 rooms lost. I called the customer service center and was told that they were aware of the problem. No other info was offered.

I spent 118 dollars on a room for a single night drive all the way there, and I didn’t even get there until 1:00 am but I had a conversation with the staff in the phone and he told me I could check in at anytime, but upon arriving I gave the lady the information the lady told me I would not be able to check in and I can not a refund this is very unacceptable and I don’t think any should consider using this app if they continue handling their customers that way
