It worked for one person and just wouldn’t work for the other three. The app said the key could be shared with four people. We ended up having to go to the desk to get key cards. It was not a big deal. It just should be fixed.

The digital key, the self check-in and check-out that doesn’t require you to go to a desk, and the quick booking will ensure that Hilton will forever get my dollars. Bravo!
Comfortable room

The room was very clean and comfortable. Great for just a night or two though as there was no dresser or anyplace to put clothes in drawers. Roomy closet. Loved the in-mirror night light in the bathroom. The chef and breakfast room went above and beyond to assist us with our dietary needs. Only negative was a bit of attitude at check in. Not greeted at all while waiting or when approaching desk. and had to really push to get the type room we preferred. No diamond upgrade was offered. But all the room and the breakfast staff made up for it. Redhotmomma
