Don’t waste your time

I am a Hilton honors member, and love Hilton Hotels, but sadly, this app is a waste of time, because if you check in and reserve a specific room (as the app asks you to do) there’s a good chance you will get to the hotel and find you aren’t checked in and you cant get the room you were promised. In that sense the app is very misleading. Also the personnel at the hotel honestly don’t seem to care about the fact that you reserved using the app. They will tell you that they are not connected to the app in any way. Then when you call Hilton to report that the app did not guarantee your room or check in, they also seem to be disconnected from the app and aren’t able to do anything for you. So the best thing you can do is just ignore the app altogether and check in the old-fashioned way if you book at Hilton, or use the app for another hotel chain that actually is invested in their mobile application software.

My two favorite apps are my Delta and Hilton apps. I really like knowing what room I will checking in to. I also like the flexibility of choosing other rooms that are still open. Great App - Thanks

I have the right info but the app won’t let me sign in. Keeps saying sorry for the interruption please try again. After 10 times, I’m done trying
Zero Stars it ruined my trip!

I had to use this app as a digital key and I couldn't log in nor could I enter my room. The card keys wouldn't work either. I had to go down 9 floors three times and finally security had to investigate the problem. I will never book at Hilton again!
