Zero Stars it ruined my trip! – Hilton Honors: Book Hotels Review

I had to use this app as a digital key and I couldn't log in nor could I enter my room. The card keys wouldn't work either. I had to go down 9 floors three times and finally security had to investigate the problem. I will never book at Hilton again!
