App is slow to open

Good functionality but very slow especially when I’m opening it. Frustrating when you’re trying to get the address to enter in your GPS or Uber
Reservation does not show on app

Additional hotel info needed

I would like to see additional hotel info, such as airport shuttle hours, hotel restaurant menus, etc. incorporated into the app.
King bed versus 2 bed options

I requested one King but there are only 2 bed options on the app....almost always this is the case. Can I get an upgrade to a King bed even though I select the only available 2 bed option on the app?

Very good. But the digital key does not always work. However great to check in and pick your own room!

I was trying to book two rooms for the Sammy night but no option for that so I had to leave and do a second reservation. ??? Disappointing.
