I’ve been learning Chinese from various sources on my own for a month and haven’t understood at all how to pronounce things. Within a day using this app, I understand the tones. Who would’ve thought? I love the feature of video clips of people talking so you can practice listening, and how they make you test your speaking.

This is such a good app! It helps me learn Chinese the best way! There are so many great features about this app, like the immersion part! It is so helpful! I also love the fluency speaking practice where you can practice speaking, this helps me speak better in Mandarin!

Consider this a follow-up to my previous review. You gave me the chance to give a suggestion, and of course, I simply couldn’t resist. I’ve been thinking hard about this, and I came up with an odd, or to put it bluntly, autistic idea (FYI, I do have a kind of autism.); so I understand if this idea gets rejected. How about you create and alternative learning tree where you time travel to different time periods. During that time period, you get to learn certain essential words and symbols. For instance, if you’re talking about early civilization, you could talk about nature related wordings, as well as pronouns, basic food items, and even numbers and colors. As you move forward in time, you get to learn about other things while moving along with evolution, such as occupations, philosophy, time, transportation, other animals and foods, and other things. Again, I understand if this gets rejected. It’s quite a far cry from the original deal, but I think it could make learning a language easier to certain people (Like me!). Kind regards - Mason Strange.
