I completed the consent process and it looks like an interesting and valuable study but have not received a confirmation email. Frustrating.

Would be a lot better if I could use IPad instead of IPhone for answering questions. Why will this not work?
App Fails to Complete enrollment at 90%

I’m at 90% complete and get an error message when I access the Medicare login page. The error says “Bluebutton doesn’t have claims data for you yet.” Then I have to cancel out without completing the enrollment. I do have claims for 2020, what can I do to wrap this up? I’ve called in, but they didn’t have a solution beyond ‘Try again later’. Should I log out of the app and start over? When does the enrollment period end? I meet the criteria and would like to enroll (I know, no guarantee of participation, etc.) I’ve an Apple Watch 4, iPhone X, both with the latest iOS installed and running. Mar 13 2020 - update to developer’s response. Thank you and I already contacted them on Feb 27, 2020, when it didn’t work case #5458. They have not resolved this yet. March 30, 2020 - No change, still fails to connect correctly w/ Medicare. Same error message. I hoped the app update or the latest iOS update might fix it. Any news, please?

I tried all types of different birthdays/years when mine didn’t work. Then tried changing my state. Still got turned down. Not sure why it’s advertising when they don’t seem to be taking on new participates :/ UPDATE TO RESPONSE: I filled out different ages and sexes to see why it wasn’t working.. STILL wouldn’t work when I tried every age group..
