App won’t work with my phone

I have an iPhone 7 Plus but it isn’t compatible? You have to have an SE which is no longer available? iPhone SE was discontinued by Apple on September 12, 2018!


Erroneous download requirements

After downloaded the app, it restricted ONLY to iPhone SE . Not iPad nor iPhone 6 or 6+.


App Doesn’t Work

I thought Apple would be able to create an app that works. Apparently not. I’ve installed it three different time and it gets stuck logging on to the Medicare site every time. This is not a good start to their study.

Both my husband and I applied for this study. My husband was accepted. I was not. No reason given, but seems legit to me. He got his discounted Apple Watch and is currently participating.


Can’t Get Started!! ?

I completed everything, and an email was to be sent to me to complete the activation process. The app says “an email has been sent, BUT NO EMAIL EVER COMES. I have tried many times to have them resend, but I just get the same message. If this is the way this study is starting, then I do not have much hope in its success,

Love the app. Working great for my husband and me. Both were chosen for the study and bought the $49 Apple Watch. Takes patience to set up and to start using. It gets easier by the day and has already encouraged us to up our exercise game. We are excited to be a part of this. AZ?

The explanation and consent were well written and clear and consistent. My husband and I spent a good part of our Sunday afternoon reading what the study was about,what information the wanted access to, etc out loud so we both would understand . All from a small iPhone screen. Tried to load it on an iPad - just to have larger screen to read but it would do that. So we read everything and then looked up the Blue Button on the Medicare website and decided to participate. Signed my name. The app started to ask questions. It was on question 2 - yes the SECOND question, that it rejected me. No reason given. Just an abrupt “you don’t qualify” All that time reading and considering their terms and then because I was taking

I don’t have iPhone but have iPad. iPad is more useful for me compare to iPhone (IOS 13.3). I am unable to speak to the phone. I am deaf. I very much want to be in this research. But I am unacceptable because I don’t have iPhone. That isn’t Equal Access to me. A Deaf Person
