This study is really keeping me active

I’m so grateful to be a party of this study! I’m learning things that are for my health, but I’m also inspired to get up & move & exercise & keep myself healthy. I haven’t learned how to monitor my sleep yet. I thought that was going to happen with the study & either I’m clueless or it isn’t happening on the Apple Watch or in the study.


App Fails to Complete enrollment at 90%

I’m at 90% complete and get an error message when I access the Medicare login page. The error says “Bluebutton doesn’t have claims data for you yet.” Then I have to cancel out without completing the enrollment. I do have claims for 2020, what can I do to wrap this up? I’ve called in, but they didn’t have a solution beyond ‘Try again later’. Should I log out of the app and start over? When does the enrollment period end? I meet the criteria and would like to enroll (I know, no guarantee of participation, etc.) I’ve an Apple Watch 4, iPhone X, both with the latest iOS installed and running. Mar 13 2020 - update to developer’s response. Thank you and I already contacted them on Feb 27, 2020, when it didn’t work case #5458. They have not resolved this yet. March 30, 2020 - No change, still fails to connect correctly w/ Medicare. Same error message. I hoped the app update or the latest iOS update might fix it. Any news, please? Apr 7 2020 - sooo, just uploaded latest version and still not working. When’s this going to be fixed? Thank you.

Giving only 4* because my Advantage Plan is not listed as a participant. I was excited about this program because I had a TIA 2 years ago and hopeful that this study would help warn me of either another one or a full blown stroke. I did sign up on the wait list so hopefully my provider will soon be a participant.


Awful- many bugs and impossible to create an account

This is NOT ready for prime time.... errors on the app itself and tech support was not able to help. This app needs to be fixed so that interested people can try it. Right now, it is a bugfest and worthless. Cannot even create an account!!! Deleting. Who the heck created this???

I tried to apply for this study and they kicked me out of it because I didn’t meet their criteria. So I called the 877 number to find out why and they told me they couldn’t divulge why. I told them that the study was either a scam or a farce as far as I was concerned and they tried to assure me that it wasn’t. I am just disappointed with their actions and response !!!

Nice concept but forces you to get a new phone. Can get a watch for $49 but will have to spend hundreds to participate. I have 6 plus and required software but said phone not compatible. Starting to look like a marketing ploy for seniors to buy new phones.
