Knowing and managing your heart’s health is important. By participating you will:

*Not all participants will receive monetary rewards. Reward amount is dependent on completion of study-related activities, group assignment, and length of study participation. See study website for details.
Am I eligible to participate?
You can check your eligibility in the Heartline app. You will need to**:
• Be age 65 or older
• Be a resident of the United States for the duration of the study
• Own or purchase an iPhone 6s or later, with iOS 12.2 or later
• Have Original Medicare, sometimes called Traditional Medicare
**Key participation requirements only; other eligibility participation requirements will apply.
What technology do I need to participate?
• You must own or purchase an iPhone 6s or later, with iOS 12.2 or later
• After enrolling, you may be asked to get an Apple Watch Series 5 or later. You’ll be offered two options: purchase an Apple Watch or get one on loan and return it when your participation in the study ends. Johnson & Johnson and Apple are committed to ensuring that participation in the study is not limited by financial need.
• If you already own an Apple Watch Series 1 or later, you may be eligible to join the study as well, with certain restrictions.
