App Fails to Complete enrollment at 90% – Heartline Study Review

I’m at 90% complete and get an error message when I access the Medicare login page. The error says “Bluebutton doesn’t have claims data for you yet.” Then I have to cancel out without completing the enrollment. I do have claims for 2020, what can I do to wrap this up? I’ve called in, but they didn’t have a solution beyond ‘Try again later’. Should I log out of the app and start over? When does the enrollment period end? I meet the criteria and would like to enroll (I know, no guarantee of participation, etc.) I’ve an Apple Watch 4, iPhone X, both with the latest iOS installed and running. Mar 13 2020 - update to developer’s response. Thank you and I already contacted them on Feb 27, 2020, when it didn’t work case #5458. They have not resolved this yet. March 30, 2020 - No change, still fails to connect correctly w/ Medicare. Same error message. I hoped the app update or the latest iOS update might fix it. Any news, please?
