Pretty worthless since you can’t log in and do anything. I followed the instructions on its website. No help. Don’t bother.

Can’t sign in says I’m not found. I answer secret questions with answers I’ve never given of course they’re all wrong. There’s no option for new users sign in here. Fix this it’s so flawed

I downloaded the app because i found it on Facebook it claimed to look at my amazon history and give me a $3 gift card each month and it actually works. I have had no problems with the gift cards no problems with log in and I have been receiving no spam mail from things I don’t recognize.
App login does not work for Shoptracker

Survey can only be done via app. Worked most of the time, albeit very slowly and intermittently, for several months. Now app is not working when attempting to login for shoptracker survey. User ID and password work fine on website and to login to home on app but not for shoptracker. Sent two help messages over course of past two weeks regarding issue but have not received any response. As others have done, deleted and reloaded app several times but issue not resolved. As last issue took several months to resolve can only imagine this will again be the case if this issue is ever fixed.
Can’t link Amazon account

Just downloaded this app and it won’t let me link my Amazon account. When I enter my Amazon login info, it just takes me back to the login screen. So far, useless.
Annoying app

While I enjoy taking these surveys on my Mac, this mobile app does nothing more than load a mobile website. Unlike virtually every other app, this app does NOT remember my login making me annoyingly log in every single time. No touch ID, no remember me, nothing. It doesn’t even support share sheets so I can’t use 1Password for my log in. Once logged in there is nothing mobile-friendly about the pages that are displayed. Sometimes I have to zoom in just to be able to enter something in the box.
Issues w/ Login

Not sure what is going on. About a month or 2 ago, this app was working just fine. I recently got a notification that it was time to log in again. I tried and have been unable to. Tried several times and even re downloaded app. I have not changed my password but it says it’s the wrong log in, I don’t recognize the security questions as I never set any up. Tried contacted them and got a generic working on our system or something along those lines
An unprofessional app

I joined online and downloaded the app. I’m not sure how the app runs because I have not been able to log into it. Take the advice of everyone reviewing this app and do not bother. How a well-known name like Harris polls puts their name on this app is beyond me. I would be ashamed if I was them. Now I’m deleting the app. They should fire the app developers.
