App login does not work for Shoptracker – Harris Panel Review

Survey can only be done via app. Worked most of the time, albeit very slowly and intermittently, for several months. Now app is not working when attempting to login for shoptracker survey. User ID and password work fine on website and to login to home on app but not for shoptracker. Sent two help messages over course of past two weeks regarding issue but have not received any response. As others have done, deleted and reloaded app several times but issue not resolved. As last issue took several months to resolve can only imagine this will again be the case if this issue is ever fixed.
