App just not functional

Takes way too long to log in, when it actually will accept my password - the same one I am able to log in with using a browser! I don't have time to keep messing with this app - fix it!! And add Touch ID while you are at it :)

I have been a panel member for years but had to install a new app. Even though I did this when I attempt to login I get an error stating I am no longer a registered member. If I go to the email and click on the link I can only then enter the survey. It’s annoying and frustrating. Starting to wonder whether it’s worth being a member to earn a $3.00 monthly amazon e-gift card.

So far I have liked this site. I’m just now really getting started. I love apps, just makes it easier to access... this app will not let me log in AGAIN. I have changed my password 3 times. But I just logged in online and it works fine. Must be a glitch in the app. Maybe they will fix this soon! I’ll update my review if it gets fixed

I don’t even know where to begin in reviewing this app. When I login (using my correct credentials) the app takes 60 seconds before logging me in. I’m required to reverify my Amazon acct every blessed time…only to be told “that email address belongs to another panelist.” Yup…that’s me! I’ve contacted Support three times and received zero response. Back to the drawing board, kids. You launched prematurely. #notreadyforprimetime

I downloaded this app earlier this month. I then entered my amazon info and then nothing happened after. I did receive an email that said I have $3 but I don’t even know how I got that and how I’m suppose to continue to receive anything else after. I went into the app and it said there was a problem with my rewards.
Is support out there!
