This app does not work, same as other reviewers. It says my personal information is incorrect. Password and or account. And it is in fact correct.

So I love this app because you reward me for ordering with amazon. But yes I have not been able to log into my account to do my shoptracker. I have tried many times. I have tried changing my password still nothing. I need some assistance. My case number is 53408. I have not gotten any reply when I requested help.

Have not be able to log in and each time I attempt to get new password I just get a message saying their app is being worked on and someone will get back to me. I never get the help though and it’s always the exact same message even though it’s weeks apart! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Customer support is non existent on this and desktop on all questions. Took almost a year to get desktop problems solved, kept getting universal scripted response from them. I deleted like everyone else.

Got a new phone. Had to log back in on Shoptracker. Took all my information good except when it was time to link my amazon account. It gives me the error of account being linked to another. Contacted them about 10 times with NO response.

I had the same issue with the password thing, and there not being surveys available. This app stole my amazon account info through their affiliated “Shoptracker” and made fraudulent purchases with my payment info. Customer service on the app doesn’t work either. Don’t waste your time.

Worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Shortly after download and connect to amazon I received an email stating I would receive a $3 reward in 24-48 hours, 3 weeks later no reward. I never receive polls or surveys. I’ve tried to login to my account but my password is incorrect (I don’t believe it is but ok) I clicked on the I forgot my password but it will not send a link to reset it. I have tried twice to send a message through the app and when I click submit it gives an error message. It’s not worth the rewards!

I went to use my info that i just created to sign in and says thats not correct like how is that the case?!? Then clicked on “forgot password” and did that process and clicked submit nothing. Dont bother downloading the app all but useless would have given it a no star if i could have
