Just like everyone else is saying on here, my internet works just fine. No network issues on any of my devices, yet after I put in all of my personal information and my (accurate) Amazon login info, it claims problem with my network connection. This seems to me to be a very very shady way to avoid having to pay members what you promised them. I agreed to join and download the app (which I never do, btw) because it was from HarrisPoll, a company I've been connected with for years with positive experiences. But now that I look back after the problems, I see the app is also connected to Nielsen...and therein lies the problem. I joined a community test with them two years ago where we carried transmitters around to report digital use in our household. When we moved, it took 13 months for them to get their equipment back because the morons kept sending boxes to addresses all over the country even though I told them and confirmed where I was located. I must've spoken to 9 different people at their company and this happened several times. It was a disaster. I will never participate in anything Nielsen runs ever again. I wish I had seen that before going through the downloading of this shady, useless app.

faulty and a waste of time

this app cannot connect to the Amazon network. I have used all sorts of Internet configurations including data, Wi-Fi, and connecting through a hotspot. I have had no problems with any other apps that connect to the network. I enter my Amazon credentials, and then it says processing for a few seconds and then it says there was a problem. could not connect to the network. I used the contact button in the app and got a vague message that someone would do some research about it, but never received any other response when I tried to follow up. It has been three weeks now. part of me wonders if they take the information from your Amazon account and then intentionally give you that message so they don't have to pay you the money. anyways, this is a terrible app that has done nothing but waste my time. I wish someone would bring them down for false advertising.


Will not allow me to signin or contact for help

Trying to login for the first time since creating and the app will not allow me to signin at first i didnt know my username but when i got that figured out the password was wrong. I went to forget password and that wont let me go after entering my date of birth. Then while trying to contact them for help the app wont let me scroll down to click submit

I have used this app a lot since it came to the App Store. Then I changed my email address using the website. It said I needed to use a form to update my email. I filled out the form and BOOM! Now I am locked out of my own account. I now get an error that says error you are no longer allowed to access your account? Really all I did was try to update my email? I have tried to reach support and so far no luck. Come on guys, you are a large if not the largest survey firm yet you can't update my email without locking me out of my own account? I still don't have access and have tried to reach support. Sad part for me is I had just earned enough to redeem my 1st reward and this happens?

I have this app on my IPhone 6S and the new IPad and it doesn't work properly on either device. It won't let me log in and when I have the code texted to my phone and type it in, it takes forever to process and eventually either times out or rejects me. I have not yet been able to successfully use the app. ?
