The app can be so much better if you didn’t charge a fee to buy the tix through the app. Also, please provide us with the rating of the movie on there like rotten tomatoes. I have to scroll through the Flixster app now to see what movies Harkins is showing because they have the ratings. Another option to add is letting us make a reservation for the play center.

No Sound

There’s absolutely no sound when previewing movies which is such an inconvenience. You have to go to YouTube to watch the preview.

Great theatre, not so great app. Lots of buttons take two or three clicks to function the payment processing and seat selection is extremely slow

“Back” or “Change Showtime” Button Please

We select a showtime and are taken to seating chart to select our seats. However, if we don’t like the seats available and want to check another showing, we have to completely exit the app and start again. Please make it easier to check seating for other showtimes. A “Back” or “edit” button would be appreciated.

The app needs to be brought up to speed with newer phones. I am logged into my account, however if I want to purchase tickets I have to log in again. This is very inconvenient and if you don’t remember your password you have to quickly reset it and that is not a quick process.

Can’t change seats easily & service fee

If you’re just looking to see what seats are available for a movie you can’t go back to select a different movie time. Also, the convenience fee is high especially when buying multiple tickets for the family. Understand why it’s added, just frustrating.

We got billed on are debt card for more movies then seen

We like going to the movies here. And like the rewards. But can’t get are money back for movies we didn’t see. Anyone out there can help !!?????

Can’t request a ticket refund through the app

I LOVE my local Harkins movie theater but the app and website (since the app is just a downloadable version of the website) need work. My biggest issue is that tickets purchased online should be able to be refunded online. A theater chain of this size should be able to offer this basic service. There is NO mention on the app or website on how to get a refund so I’ll be calling the theater for assistance.

Movie theaters opening and so excited but the app didn’t initially register that the transaction went through and that my tickets were reserved (had a pending transaction and no confirmation that I had my seats). Tickets don’t show up in the app and finally showed up in email a day later. Unfortunately I made plans because I didn’t know my seats were reserved and now there’s no easy way to request a refund. Use the AMC app as a template. Super user friendly: shows tickets for upcoming shows and can easily request a refund.
