The app use to be great. Now an ad pops up when you open it and you can’t get to the theaters to see what’s playing or buy tickets.

I’m constantly having to login. It never retains my username or password. This is one of the least user friendly apps I’ve ever used.

App Doesn’t Play the Sound or do Ticket Purchases

This App doesn’t work correctly. The movie clips have no sound. Ticket purchases don’t work either. This App definitely needs improvement!

So frustrating to try to check out and see an extra ticket…you can’t hit back to figure out what is wrong and have to start over…but then it doesn’t release your seats for ten minutes. Even their app support doesn’t work.

Every single time I’v tried to buy my Tickets on this app it NEVER works. I’ve even called Harkins to see if I can just buy the Tickets over the phone and they said they don’t do that. I think that’s pretty stupid to be honest cause i’ve bought food over the phone at Pita Jungle and picked it up and there was no problem with that at all. I am in a wheelchair because I haven’t been able to walk for 4 years now so that is why I’m trying to just buy the Tickets on the app and then I have a friend that takes me to the Theater. This app is pretty stupid if you ask me. ??

Good to get seats and look at movie times

Has trailers and good if you go to Harkins like I do. My favorite theatres in my area are Harkins, so the app is all I need to look for showtimes and reserve seats. Doesn’t have reviews of movies but sometimes I don’t mind or just google.

If you choose a theater, movie, date, and time and you want to check another option you cannot go back a page. You have to go back to the city/state page and pick a theater, pick a movie, pick a date, and then you can finally look at seating options. Plus I have not found any information on how to get a refund for 1 or your whole group of tickets. Cinemark has a much better app. You might want to look at it for ideas. This is not user friendly. I like the theaters, just not the process to purchase tickets ahead of time. nas

I hate your new website. You have to go thru so many screens to try to find what you want. Very confusing. I loved the old Website. It was so easy to use. It was so easy to use. The new one is sooo confusing! Krikorian (Studio Grill) here I come!

CRASHES & impossible to use! You RUINED it!

⚠️Attn: M. BOWERS - Been using the Harkins apps since initial release. The RED icon app with popcorn bag worked FLAWLESSLY, even last week. Then, this week, it suddenly stopped working, so I ‘upgraded’ to the new BLUE icon app. HORRIBLE! You can’t browse movies or theaters without starting over and over again. To top off the DISASTROUS downgrade, when you press buy tickets, it CRASHES. I CANNOT RESERVE A SINGLE SEAT. Absolutely RUINED a perfectly good app. WORTHLESS! ?

This app doesn’t do anything different then the actual website. It errors out just like the website, it can’t accept payment from the phone, it wont put your tickets in your phones wallet. Pretty useless and a waste of time.
