Harkins Is one of the best theater chains in the country. The current version of this app does not seem to use location services correctly. I get an error informing me to enable location services but when i check they are already enabled. Its also a bit weird that the only way to submit a bug report is via this review. The "developer" link in the app info sends me to the main Harkin's web site. Not exactly the ace for a bug report.

App does not show number of tickets sold already for showtimes. Payments are handled by third-party web site. In-app purchase should be supported with Apple Pay.
Have to print tickets?

How is it at this point in the advancement of technology, that I still have to waste ink and paper printing tickets? And you can't even complete the transaction on the app. You have to go to a website. Why even have an app? Complete waste of time and space. You really need to look at the cinemark app as a model on what a movie theater app should be.

What good is the app if I get redirected to another site and pay service fees to the additional site? Apps are for quick access not redirections

How is it possible that the best movie chain has the worst app? Will not access the Internet and will not work. Have made sure it has access to my location services and have allowed data roaming and still NOTHING no matter how many times I delete and reinstall. THIS APP IS USELESS TO ME!

The app works great for getting show times but always times out when processing the credit card while purchasing tickets. It worked fine at first but once Harkins started letting movietickets.com do their ticketing it's been a problem. I just go to movietickets' website instead of this app now.
