Crashes Upon Open

App crashes right when I tap on it to open. Repeated attempts from deleting and redownloading the app.
Is this even the right Smart Card ID?

Zero stars. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating I can select. I recently signed up for the app to enroll in a Smart Card. After signing up, I got successful registration notification with a new ID. Here’s where it is wacky...The popup notification indicated a Smart Card number which was different from what was shown under card Settings. I tried to verify this new Smart Card number on another device, and it said that the “Smart Card ID, last name, or zip code were entered incorrectly”. I’ve tried the Smart Card number from the popup notification which was missing a digit. Neither one worked. Y’all need better QA for this app. 1) The popup notification is incorrectly displaying the new card ID. 2) Users cannot add the card to another device without having to sign up again. Serious flaw. What if users need to upgrade/swap phones? 3) does the card work? TBD - I have yet to try out this new savings card. I wonder if it’ll even work at this point.

“go back” button on the interface. Every time I wanted to go back out after clicking on something I had to cancel the page and re-enter, kinda annoying.

20-40대 청년이 곧 베이스 소비자가 될텐데 앱 상태가 왜 이러죠..? Kroger, target, amazon, walmart, 심지어 시온마켓도 앱에 엄청 신경을 썼던데...이건 한번 클릭하면 30초 로딩에, h마트 웹사이트를 대충 옮겨놓은 느낌이에요. 앱상에서 가까운 h마트 지점에 물가를 체크할수 있으면 좋겠고, pickup도 가능했으면 좋겠네요. 로딩시간도 줄었으면 좋겠고요.

0 STARS on App!! Stores are Fabulous! The App is a poor reflection on your stores. It times out and is completely inoperable. Biggest waste of time.
Can’t insert card number

When you try to insert card number, it keeps saying “request timed out”
Card info keeps disappearing
