Points don’t show, horrible App.

I’ve been shopping at Hmart weekly and out of 3 times I’ve shop, the rewards points only showed up once.Why launch rewards points if it doesn’t work?
“Request Time Out” when inserting smart card

Can’t access smart card since everything I try to enter my smart card number in the app it times out.
I cannot see how much of points I made!

Crap app you can’t even use in NYC
H Mart Customer
Went to store showed them the app and they had no clue. Got it for the loyalty card portion and was told you can’t use it and they had no clue what it was. This is the NYC market. Want to support the small business but don’t but features out if your customers can’t use them. What’s the point.

I’ve spent so much money and scanned my smart card each time, however my point accumulation is always “zero”. Regardless of refreshing the app, it remain inaccurate. The number to call is also out of service. Hmart really needs to step up their digital game and customer service!

I spent over 1000$ in the store and they give me only 1% off, the reward card and app is basically useless.

I don’t think they update their database or something because I can’t find stores in my city and I know they’re here. Also the app is just generally slow and not user friendly :/

Im sort of mad
This app is awful both interface and performance wise. I hate to say it but if you’re buying groceries online and you specifically want things that h-mart sells you’ll have a better experience using Amazon Fresh, Weee! App, or those apps like InstaCart. I’m not mad at the franchise, I just expected more. The app essentially just using your browser and that’s not what is expected when you use an app.
