Not Good In Every Aspect

I download this because I need to check my point balance without visiting the customer service in store. And in my shopping activities, cashier was rarely asking about the member card. Even worst, when we forgot to scan, this app won’t help anything such as scan the receipt barcode by ourselves. No old and new points described on the receipts as well. One day on November 2017, I met a female cashier with broken English and seemed reluctantly working. As usual, she did not ask my card and I forgot. So I went to customer service and met an Asian lady. She cut my receipt barcode and repeatedly told me that she will enter the points later the same day. She added that is common problem, she is doing it everyday. But she was manipulating customers including me. Why I notice it? Because I am a person who does not trust one easily, so I snapped the last point in store. And I came back a week later, the points were just the same as my last visit. As I expcted, no points were added.

Suddenly I am unable to pull up my card to check balance or to use at point of sale. What is going on???

The membership code no longer works and the website membership section is broken and we can’t login anymore. It claims that the password is wrong. It’s not. I use last pass.

Can't register at all

When you register for a card, it says successful with a membership number then on the card screen says the data is incorrect? Completely unusable.
