Is this even the right Smart Card ID? – H Mart Asian Grocery Market Review

Zero stars. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating I can select. I recently signed up for the app to enroll in a Smart Card. After signing up, I got successful registration notification with a new ID. Here’s where it is wacky...The popup notification indicated a Smart Card number which was different from what was shown under card Settings. I tried to verify this new Smart Card number on another device, and it said that the “Smart Card ID, last name, or zip code were entered incorrectly”. I’ve tried the Smart Card number from the popup notification which was missing a digit. Neither one worked. Y’all need better QA for this app. 1) The popup notification is incorrectly displaying the new card ID. 2) Users cannot add the card to another device without having to sign up again. Serious flaw. What if users need to upgrade/swap phones? 3) does the card work? TBD - I have yet to try out this new savings card. I wonder if it’ll even work at this point.
