UNDEPENDABLE!!

I can’t monitor anything while away from my home Wifi. It NEVER connects so I can see what’s going on at my home. This far, the only thing I am happy about this product is that I only bought two as a package deal. I’ve been waiting for updates to maybe fix some of the issues, but to no avail, this has yet to happen. As for me, I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

The app constantly crashes and doesn’t even load the live feed most of the time. Not dependable and the cameras fail too often. They constantly advertise to get their subscription and you can’t exit out of it unless you click on the ad to get into the app. Ridiculous!

Have had this device now for 3 years. Cannot think of not having this at door Live in Florida have answered door when in Rhode Island Support has been great, they stand behind their product like no other company l’ve dealt with. I would gladly speak to anyone that wants confirmation as to the workings of this product Thank you

Works well, just wish it didn’t have the delay it does. Picks up really well but the delay stinks. Wish as soon as it detected motion it started recording and for a bit longer.

Constant ad spam that you can’t close without clicking on it. Live-view worked the first month I had it and has since stopped. The cameras don’t record anything unless you pay for the cloud service. The cameras randomly arm and disarm without notice (neighbor probably hacked it) Save your money. For how expensive these cameras are, this is an entirely worthless system.

I purchased this camera a couple weeks ago and can’t view live feed away from he house nor does it notify me when motion is detection and it’s recording. I contacted customer service in live chat, they ran me through multiple resets and it still didn’t work and a supervisor was to contact me. A week later I’m still waiting on the call. Very poor and will never purchase from this company again.

I've had several other security cameras and associated apps and they were spotty and a pain to use. This was easy to set up, easy to use, no false alarms. I'm buying more.
