Or all of the support videos need updated. I changed my WiFi password, and had to update my guardzilla cam in the app. Couldn’t figure it out to save my life, I’m a 27 year old millennial, I never read the manual and magically all my electronics work, so typically it’s bad tech if something isn’t working for me. Any ways, support video from guardzilla says “got setting, then other settings, scroll down to WiFi” then like any human being would guess I reset up my WiFi, but on this version of the app you go “settings, other setting, and then there is no WiFi option” I went into every setting, option, config, clicked every button. WiFi settings doesn’t exist. Now I have a $120 piece of literal garbage, at best paper weight sitting on my mantel. Only had it for a little over a month.... should have just coughed up the extra cash for a nest or a arlo, guess it’s really my fault. But yeah, update your app so I can use my paper weight again.

The notifications seem to be random and the recording only seem to capture or save 50% of the time.

Time displayed is wrong

I’ll update this review when this are fixed. The time being wrong is the biggest issue here. No matter what I do, the time is 2hrs ahead in every single time zone. This makes the camera just about useless...

I absolutely love my Guardzilla it gives me peace of mind when I’m away from home I have three dogs that I worry about constantly and being able to check on them is amazing also I can check on the security of my home and I can make sure everything is OK I highly recommend Guardzilla and I will use it for years to come!!!!!!

Crashes constantly. It was stable in the beginning for the first few months. Tried to add a second camera and the first one stopped sending notifications as long as the second one was connected. Had to return second one. Was satisfied with the one camera for a few months until it stopped working completely for about two months. Left it connected and it suddenly started working again but now it crashes constantly.

This system works perfectly for me. It does not crash or anything. I bought it to watch my older parents and their caretaker and have watched them over a 2 to 3 hour period straight without any crashes. Love it. It all depends on the website they are going through, and their website works for me.

Even an old broad like me can figure this out!

So.....tech savvy I'm not, but this is so easy to use, no extraneous ads, tutorials, distractions. I got 2 of the devices from HSN and love being able to move them anywhere and see whats going on either live feed or looking back in event history. Works really well. Recommend. Update: I don’t know if my cameras have come to the end of their lifespan but they are no longer reliable. Freezes, crashes, inaccuracies and recent inability to reach the support team via chat make me less that enthusiastic to recommend. Looking into alternatives. Hope things turn around.

Great system

Not cool
