BEWARE: they charge higher prices per item versus the restaurant and other delivery apps and don't disclose it.
Good but some suggestions to improve

This app is good, but there are a couple things that it doesn't do like other similar apps. 1) summary of order does not specify type of protein or modifications to order, so when you hit submit you're unsure if that request will make it to the restaurant. It made me have to place a call to the restaurant to confirm. 2) it doesn't let me choose a specific time for future pickup. If it does, it's not obvious. Seems like we only get 20-30min for pickup once order is submitted. Would be nice if we can place an order in advance and schedule a future pick up time. 3) pictures of the menu items would be quite helpful to understand exactly what you're getting.

You have my address, I want it for delivery, I go through three restaurants that you have listed, taking the time to pick out my order and everything, only to find out that three for three do not deliver to my address. This is a delivery app, right? If I didn't want it delivered I would just drive there right? I want delivery, why in the world are you listing places that won't deliver to me? I wasted 40 minutes trying to order only to be told three times at the establishment is not delivered to my address. Complete total utter waste of time!

being able to order delivered food from all sorts of nearby restaurants is a massive convenience for myself and all my staff. seriously works great.

Needs a more in depth review system for orders yes and no doesn't really explain food quality

The last 4 times I've used the grub hub app, my order takes over 2 hours to be picked up from the restaurants leading me to just cancel the orders. I'll call the restaurants who claim that my orders have been ready for over 30-45 min and have been waiting on the driver to arrive. In most cases, restaurants have needed to remake my order and are able to do so before the drivers arrive making this app a cost rather a profit. This is absolutely absurd. No order should take 2 hours when the grub hub app says it will take 45-60min delivery time. I hesitate using this app any longer in the future and will cease to do so due to the inconvenience.

Best app for ordering local restaurants, any issues arise customer support addresses right away. Need to offer more coupons.
